General Return Policy
At Hectare, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, you may inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience, please review the conditions below.
How to Initiate a Return

Conditions for Product Eligibility for Return/Refund
A product shall be eligible for return or refund only if:
- The product is defective.
- The product does not match the features or characteristics as advertised or agreed upon.
- The product is unused and in its original, new condition, unless it is defective or damaged.
- The product has not been damaged or broken by the customer.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including the box, original invoice, and price tags.
Additional Notes
- If, upon inspection, the product is found ineligible for return or refund, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
- Customers may choose between a refund or product exchange, subject to product availability.
- Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
Refund Process
- For payments made via credit card, debit card, UPI, wallets, or net banking, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds will be initiated within 14 working days from the date the refund request is approved.
Replacement Process
- Approved replacement products will be dispatched and delivered within 14 working days from the date the replacement request is approved.
- Replacements are subject to availability of the product.
International Orders
- Returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges are not applicable for orders delivered outside India.
- Products shipped outside India cannot be replaced or exchanged under any circumstances.

- Net Banking
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Hectare. The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable.
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. Hectare does not store or process your card or banking details. You will be redirected to your bank’s secure page to complete the transaction.

Return Pickup Process
- After initiating a return request, our team will contact you to explain the return process.
- Wherever feasible, we will arrange pickup through our courier partners.
- If pickup cannot be arranged, the customer may return the product using a third-party courier service.
Order Cancellation Policy
- If a cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or approved, the order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded within 14 working days.
- Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Hectare reserves the sole right to determine whether an order has been processed.
